Hakim Tambunan has been a professional member of the team since 2013. A graduate of Udayana University with a concentration in Procedural Law, he strengthened his professional qualifications by passing the Advocate Professional Examination (UPA) in 2016 and completing the Advocate Professional Education (PKPA) in 2018. He has an extensive track record in handling complex and high-profile criminal cases. His practice specifically focuses on providing legal assistance for witnesses and victims within police institutions, from reporting alleged criminal acts to providing counsel during the preparation of Investigation Reports (BAP). Beyond criminal law, he is also actively involved in resolving industrial relations disputes as well as legal matters in the property and construction sectors

His expertise encompasses criminal litigation and investigative support, where he provides strategic legal counsel for witnesses and victims during police investigations and the drafting of Investigation Reports (BAP), complemented by extensive experience in Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution to achieve effective outcomes for labor-related conflicts. Furthermore, he handles diverse legal aspects within the Property and Construction industries, including asset disputes and contractual compliance, all underpinned by a deep proficiency in Procedural Law that ensures clients' rights are meticulously protected throughout every stage of the legal process.
